Audience submissions

You must submit only information you have the right to provide. Song requests, messages, and other submissions may be reviewed, moderated, declined, or removed. A request does not guarantee airplay, acknowledgement, prizes, or any other result.

Email and text messages

When you submit an email address, you ask to receive station news and promotions. When you submit a mobile number, you consent to recurring automated promotional text messages from or on behalf of 97X. Consent is not a condition of listening. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the method included in the message.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, disrupt station operations, or use automated systems to abuse forms or services.

Service and content

The site, stream, schedules, contests, listings, and content may change, pause, or end without notice. Third-party services and links operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, the site and stream are provided “as is,” without warranties, and 97X and people or organizations working with it are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Rights that cannot be waived

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited. These terms are general operating terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
