Information collected

We also retain submission timestamps, the version of consent language shown, preview-password usage totals, and operational records needed to protect and run the service.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver requested station communications, operate the Rock List, review song requests, display approved chat activity, maintain site security, measure participation, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Information may be processed by hosting, messaging, analytics, and other vendors working for the station. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transition.

Choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link or instructions in the message. For text messages, reply STOP to end messages or HELP for help. You may ask the station to review or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.

Children and international visitors

The service is not directed to children under 13. Visitors outside the United States should understand that information may be processed in the United States. Additional rights may apply based on location.
